AC310 series inverter cabinet

The frequency conversion control cabinet is mainly used to adjust the operating frequency of the equipment, reduce energy loss, start the equipment smoothly, and reduce the damage to the motor caused by the large current generated when the equipment is directly started. It also has analog input (for speed control or feedback signal), PID switching control (for control, pump constant pressure), and communication functions.

This product is currently out of stock and unavailable.

● The entire system’s electrical control cabinet utilizes an outdoor Rittal-style design with an IP54 protection rating.

● The main power supply to the control cabinet is a three-phase, five-wire system with a rated voltage of AC380V, a rated frequency of 50Hz, and a maximum load current of 100A.

● The black wire inside the cabinet is the AC380V power line, the yellow wire is the AC220V control line, the blue wire is the DC24V control line, and the yellow-green line is the ground line.

● The main components inside the cabinet include a molded case circuit breaker, a miniature circuit breaker, an intermediate relay, an AC contactor, and a frequency converter.

● The frequency converter inside the cabinet uses the AC310 series. Unlike other frequency converters that can only drive specific motors, the AC310 series frequency converter can drive a variety of motors, including conventional asynchronous motors, variable-frequency motors, AC servo motors, various synchronous motors, high-speed motors, and electric spindles.

● The cabinet features buttons, indicator lights, and an advanced operation panel. This panel, connected to the electrical components inside the frequency converter, displays the operating status of the frequency converter and controls the start and stop of the frequency converter.
