●The entire system’s electrical control cabinet utilizes an outdoor positive pressure explosion-proof design.

●The main power supply to the electrical control cabinet is a three-phase, five-wire cable with a rated voltage of AC380V, a rated frequency of 50Hz, and a maximum load current of 250A.

●The black wire inside the cabinet is the AC380V power line, the yellow wire is the AC220V control line, the blue wire is the DC24V control line, and the yellow-green line is the ground line.

●The main components inside the cabinet include a molded case circuit breaker, a miniature circuit breaker, an intermediate relay, an AC contactor, a frequency converter, and a PLC.

●The frequency converter inside the cabinet uses the ATV610 series, which is simple and easy to use. It comes standard with a Chinese display control panel and a variety of application macro configurations covering 90% of fan and pump applications. It’s plug-and-play, requiring no parameter modification.

●The cabinet features buttons, indicators, and an advanced operation panel, which connects to the electrical components inside the frequency converter control cabinet. This panel displays the operating status of the frequency converter control cabinet and also controls the start and stop of the frequency converter.
