● The entire system’s electrical control cabinets utilize an indoor Rittal-style design with an IP40 protection rating. There are three control cabinets in total: the first and second cabinets are MCC cabinets, and the final cabinet is a PLC cabinet. This design effectively isolates interference between power and signal lines.
● The main power supply to the electrical control cabinets is a three-phase, five-wire system with a rated voltage of AC380V, a rated frequency of 50Hz, and a maximum load current of 1600A.
● The black wire inside the cabinet is the AC380V power line, the yellow wire is the AC220V control line, the blue wire is the DC24V control line, and the yellow-green line is the ground line.
● The main components inside the cabinet include a molded case circuit breaker, a miniature circuit breaker, an AC contactor, and an intermediate relay. The control cabinet consists of a controller, a PLC, and other components.
● Cabinet components are from leading brands such as Chint, Siemens, and Omron, ensuring system stability and a longer lifespan.
● The entire system CPU utilizes the Siemens S7-1200 series with distributed I/O, fully meeting the needs of small and medium-sized automation systems.
● The control cabinet is equipped with a multi-function meter, providing real-time monitoring of three-phase voltage, current, and other parameters.
● The cabinet is equipped with a wireless communication module, enabling remote program modification and the viewing of real-time operating parameters and other information via a mobile app or web browser.
