The frequency conversion control cabinet is mainly used to adjust the operating frequency of the equipment, reduce energy loss, start the equipment smoothly, and reduce the damage to the motor caused by the large current generated when the equipment is directly started. It also has analog input (for speed control or feedback signal), PID switching control (for control, pump constant pressure), and communication functions.

● The entire system’s electrical control cabinets utilize an indoor Rittal-style design with an IP40 protection rating. There are three control cabinets: cabinets 1 and 2 are MCC cabinets, and the final one is a PLC cabinet. This design effectively isolates interference between power and signal lines.

A fonte de alimentação principal dos armários de controlo elétrico é um sistema trifásico de cinco fios com uma tensão nominal de 380V CA, uma frequência nominal de 50Hz e uma corrente de carga máxima de 600A.

O fio preto no interior do armário é a linha de alimentação AC380V, o fio amarelo é a linha de controlo AC220V, o fio azul é a linha de controlo DC24V e a linha verde-amarela é a linha de terra.

The ACS510 series inverter is used within the cabinet. This series is specifically optimized for fan and pump applications. Typical applications include constant-pressure water supply, cooling fans, subway and tunnel ventilators, and more.

The cabinet features an advanced operation panel, which connects to the internal inverter and allows for start/stop operation and displays operating status information.

The cabinet is equipped with a multi-function electric meter, providing real-time monitoring of three-phase voltage, current, and other parameters.
