The frequency conversion control cabinet is mainly used to adjust the operating frequency of the equipment, reduce energy loss, start the equipment smoothly, and reduce the damage to the motor caused by the large current generated when the equipment is directly started. It also has analog input (for speed control or feedback signal), PID switching control (for control, pump constant pressure), and communication functions.

A fonte de alimentação principal do armário de controlo é um sistema trifásico de cinco fios com uma tensão nominal de AC380V, uma frequência nominal de 50Hz e uma corrente de carga máxima de 320A.

O fio preto no interior do armário é a linha de alimentação AC380V, o fio amarelo é a linha de controlo AC220V, o fio azul é a linha de controlo DC24V e a linha verde-amarela é a linha de terra.

● The frequency converter inside the cabinet uses the V20 series. Its control technology automatically reduces magnetic flux for optimal energy efficiency. Furthermore, the frequency converter displays actual energy consumption and offers additional energy-saving features, significantly reducing energy consumption.

● The cabinet features buttons, indicators, and an advanced operation panel. This panel, connected to the electrical components within the frequency converter, displays the operating status of the frequency converter and controls the start and stop of the frequency converter.
