● The entire system’s electrical control cabinets utilize an indoor Rittal cabinet design with an IP40 protection rating. There are four control cabinets in total: cabinets 1, 2, and 3 are MCC cabinets, and the final one is a PLC cabinet. This design effectively isolates interference between power and signal lines.

● The main power supply to the electrical control cabinets is a three-phase, five-wire system with a rated voltage of AC380V, a rated frequency of 50Hz, and a maximum load current of 320A.

● The entire system CPU utilizes a redundant architecture, enhancing functionality and reliability.

Todos os controlos do equipamento possuem funções manuais e automáticas, com modos de comutação flexíveis para satisfazer diversas necessidades de controlo.

● The cabinet features buttons, indicator lights, and an inverter operation panel. These panels, connected to the electrical components within the cabinet, display the operating status of the control cabinet and control the start and stop of equipment.

● A multi-function electric meter is installed on the cabinet, providing real-time information on three-phase voltage, current, and other parameters.

Todos os valores de parâmetros no painel do PLC podem ser modificados em tempo real, e todas as informações de alarme podem ser visualizadas no ecrã de alarme, facilitando a gestão de situações anormais. Em caso de emergência, o botão de paragem de emergência do armário do PLC permite um encerramento rápido.
