● The entire system’s electrical control cabinet utilizes an outdoor stainless steel, Rittal-style design with an IP54 protection rating.

● The main power supply to the electrical control cabinet is a three-phase, five-wire system with a rated voltage of AC380V, a rated frequency of 50Hz, and a maximum load current of 160A.

● The black wire inside the cabinet is the AC380V power line, the yellow wire is the AC220V control line, the blue wire is the DC24V control line, and the yellow-green line is the ground line.

● The main components inside the cabinet include a molded case circuit breaker, a miniature circuit breaker, an intermediate relay, an AC contactor, a frequency converter, and a PLC.

● The frequency converter inside the cabinet is the FR-F800 series, which is energy-efficient and environmentally friendly. It maximizes motor performance while increasing starting torque and saving energy, allowing it to drive a variety of motors.

● The cabinet features buttons and indicator lights, which are connected to the electrical components inside the frequency converter control cabinet. They display the operating status of the frequency converter control cabinet and also control the start and stop of the frequency converter.
