●The entire system’s electrical control cabinet utilizes an outdoor welded cabinet design with an IP54 protection rating.

Основним джерелом живлення електричної шафи управління є трифазна, п'ятипровідна система з номінальною напругою AC380В, номінальною частотою 50Гц і максимальним струмом навантаження 300А.

Чорний дріт всередині шафи - це лінія живлення AC380V, жовтий дріт - лінія керування AC220V, синій дріт - лінія керування DC24V, а жовто-зелений дріт - лінія заземлення.

●The main components inside the cabinet include a molded case circuit breaker, a miniature circuit breaker, an intermediate relay, an AC contactor, and a frequency converter.

●The frequency converter inside the cabinet is the GV3100 series. While improving stability, it adds a host of practical and advanced features, including motor parameter self-identification, analog current output, digital output, flexible frequency setting modes with online switching between multiple frequency setting modes, online parameter modification, pulse frequency setting, power-off parameter storage, fixed and variable swing control, and RS485 communication.

● The cabinet features buttons, indicator lights, and an advanced operation panel. It connects to the electrical components within the VFD cabinet, displays the cabinet’s operating status, and also controls the start and stop of the VFD.
