● The entire system’s electrical control cabinets utilize an indoor Rittal cabinet design with an IP40 protection rating. They are divided into four control cabinets: the incoming power cabinet, the inverter cabinet, the MCC cabinet, and the PLC cabinet. This design effectively isolates interference between power and signal lines.

● The main components within the cabinet include molded case circuit breakers, miniature circuit breakers, intermediate relays, frequency converters, AC contactors, PLCs, and touch screens.

● Cabinet components are from renowned brands such as Schneider, Siemens, and ABB, ensuring system stability and a long service life.

● The entire system utilizes a Siemens S7-1500 series CPU with a built-in control panel for diagnostics, initial commissioning, and maintenance.

● All equipment controls feature manual and automatic functions, with flexible switching modes to meet diverse control needs.

● The cabinet features buttons, indicator lights, and a frequency converter operation panel. Connected to the electrical components within the cabinet, it displays the operating status of the control cabinet and controls the operation and shutdown of equipment.

● A multi-function electric meter is installed on the cabinet, providing real-time information on three-phase voltage, current, and other parameters, providing a better understanding of current operating conditions.

● An emergency stop button is installed on the PLC door panel. In the event of an emergency, pressing the emergency stop button quickly shuts down the system.
